You will need to bring one form of personal photo identification with you, such as a: Texas driver's license Texas handgun license Texas election ID certificate Texas personal ID card US citizenship certificate US military ID card US passport DON'T HAVE ANY OF THOSE? The new acceptable forms of identification are a copy or original of the following: a government document showing your name, address and voter registration certificate current utility bill bank statement a government check (originals only) paycheck (originals only) (a) a certified domestic (U.S. state or territory) birth certificate or (b) a document confirming birth admissible in a court of law that establishes identity (includes a foreign birth document) After presenting one of these forms of ID, you must sign a Reasonable Impediment Declaration. VOTERS AGE 18-69 can use a photo ID that expired within the last 4 years. VOTERS AGE 70+ can use a photo ID that expired at any time if it's otherwise valid. VOTER IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
